Back in 2015, before Real Clear was even a thing, Lisa Read and Andy Belfield ran some training for local MP Office Managers...for free. We wanted to see if our people were interested in what we could offer. It turns out, they were! Since that day we are proud to have set up Real Clear and have now worked with over 70 MPs and their teams. We've also worked with MEPs and various other political communities.

We care about politics because this is where big changes can happen. We know how hard their teams work for them, and how fast-paced and complex their working lives can be. We provide a range of courses tailored to suit MPs, and the specific members of their teams. Read more about what we offer below.

Caseworkers

Since 2016 we've been running our CPD accredited Caseworker Development Programme. The programme helps Caseworkers to be at their best and feel resilient to handle the significant challenges they have to face in the job.

Office Manager

Office Managers often wear multiple hats at work. Our CPD accredited development programme helps them to explore how they can best lead and manage the team in a fast past political environment.

Parliamentary Assistants

Our short Parliamentary assistants course helps participants learn vital skills that will support them in their role. It also brings them together to share best practise and strengthen their networks.

Coaching for MPs and/or their team

We provide 1 to 1 coaching sessions which are hugely beneficial and have a lasting positive impact. Coaching sessions are confidential structured conversations to help you think and plan ways to be your best.
