Andy Belfield is a qualified coach, HeartMath mentor and award winning organiser and campaigner. He has a degree in psychology and 25 years’ experience as a leader and a manager. He is a father of 4 and a keen, if not particularly effective, cricketer captaining his local team. Andy gets people and gets on with them, blending good sense, humour and psychology to help them be at their best. By building relationships he has successfully managed and led individuals, teams and organisations. He is the author of the critically acclaimed Eat Less Food Diet which he thinks is funny. He has 30 years public speaking experience but don’t ask him to talk about Bruce Springsteen if you have an early train.

Lisa Read is an award winning coach and qualified teacher with 15 years’ experience in learning and education. She has led a successful coaching practice since 2006 and is a qualified DISC personality profiler and HeartMath mentor. She is a mum of three children and step-mum to six chickens and a cat. Everyone likes Lisa. She has coached internationally, including a world champion, lots of head teachers, plenty of business owners/senior executives, the odd BAFTA nominee, and a gaggle of bankers and salespeople to achieve goals as diverse as getting a new job, passing a driving test, winning a medal and handling Ofsted inspections. She leads the continuing professional development group for all coaching professionals in South Yorkshire. She loves keeping fit and drinking green smoothies; she’s still trying to persuade the Andys that they taste better than they look.
