ADHD Coaching

Supportive, strengths-based coaching for people with ADHD

If ADHD is affecting your work, wellbeing, relationships or everyday life, you’re not alone. At Real Clear, we help you better understand your brain, recognise your strengths and develop practical approaches that work for you. We don’t see ADHD as something that needs fixing. Different ways of thinking bring creativity, energy, insight and innovation. At the same time, we understand that ADHD can make life feel overwhelming, exhausting and frustrating. Whether you’re struggling with focus, organisation, motivation, emotional regulation, confidence or burnout, we’re here to help you work with your brain rather than against it.

How ADHD Coaching Works

  • We’ll arrange an informal conversation to explore what support you’re looking for and whether we’re the right fit for you.

    Get In Touch
  • Your first session is about getting to know you, your strengths, your challenges and what you’d like to achieve. You’ll also complete our Four Core Muscles of Mental Fitness Self-Audit, helping you and your coach build a clearer picture of:

    • Self Care
    • Self Organisation
    • Self Development
    • People Skills

We pay as much attention to your strengths as we do your challenges.

  • Together, we’ll create a coaching plan based on your goals and individ ual needs. Our coaching is collaborative, not prescriptive. We won’t tell you what to do or try to “fix” you.

Where helpful and appropriate, we may also share practical tools, re sources, psychoeducation and gentle guidance to help you move forward.

  • At the end of your coaching package, you’ll complete the self-audit again to help you see:

    • What’s improved
    • What’s become easier
    • Which strengths you’ve developed
    • What you’d like to focus on next

Many clients leave with greater self-awareness, self-compassion and a clearer understanding of how to work with their brain more effectively.

    • Warm, supportive and strengths-based coaching
    • Qualified coaches with ADHD knowledge and training
    • Experience supporting people across education, leadership, politics, trade unions and values-driven organisations
    • A focus on mental fitness, self-understanding and sustainable change

Our founder, Lisa Read, is a former SENDCo with many years of experience supporting young people and families with ADHD and neurodivergence.

Most importantly, we recognise that every person is different. There is no perfect brain, no one-size-fits-all solution and no expectation that you should become someone else.

Our aim is simple: to help you understand yourself better, strengthen your mental fitness and build a life that works for you.
